Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Laxman Residency are accepted.
We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect once posted.
The prices shown are per room per night. Additional guests will be required to pay an extra amount per night.
Quotes and reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking.
Prior to 48 hours no cancellation fee charged
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the guest’s scheduled arrival time do not incur any cancellation fee..
Cancellations less than 24 hours refund will not be made
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the guest’s scheduled arrival time do incur a cancellation fee. This fee is the equivalent of one nights accommodation of the guest’s booking.
Unmarried Couple's Not Allowed
We do not allow unmarried couples to share rooms in the hotel.
Pets Not Allowed
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel,keeping mind of cleanliness and maintanace,and comfort zone of other guests.
Smoking and Liquor not allowed.
Smoker Friendly Accommodation , Smoking and Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited here.
